I finally scanned the formal portraits from the cruise. Matching up with the portraits from our first cruise, just a bit over a decade. Difficult to say which picture was from which decade:

Keep losing, trying to find, need to post it on the Internet....
Use the electric beater, unless you are willing to beat by hand for about 20 minute.
For two:
Two eggs, separate whites into a bowl (#2) into the 'fridge, the yolks into a separate bowl (#1)
In bowl (#1) with yolks, add 1/4 cup of white sugar, beat for 10 minutes, into the 'fridge.
10 minutes before serving:
1/3 cup of cream into bowl (#3), beat until stiff peaks.
The whites in bowl (#2), beat until still peaks.
In bowl (#1), stir in 1/4 cup brandy. Stir in 1 cup milk. Gently fold in cream. Gently fold in the whites.
Serve.
Have them up, sans Santa and reindeer. Luckily since wind is averaging about 15 MPH with gust to over 25.
Security cameras #1 and #2 went into B/W with IR lights. Santa looked like a ghost. Strung up so lights on the eaves to keep the Christmas lights in color.
Dusk, wide view:

Closeups:

And the view in the house, watching the outside cameras:

The security cameras are interesting. People doing door to door crap can see the cameras and skip the house.
Usually have the Christmas Tree up first week of December, but we were delayed by the cruise and didn't get the tree today. Took it myself, in Zaporog:
