You would think that you are looking at a vehicle, parked at the curb. You would be wrong. This is a work site. When we place the cones they mark my work area, transforming the van into "not a vehicle." The rules against parking do not apply. MY cones were always placed a foot or more away from my van, to keep vehicles away from my work area. It is to give me a safe place. This guy has the cones as close to the van as he could, and even left one laying it's side. It has no safety function, it is just something he has to have. He could not even park near the curb, leaving the van into the traffic lane.

It is just more proof that Ma Bell is dead. Safety and Quality is gone.
