Dinner

Remove tops of green peppers, clean, boil to soften. Make some rice. Chop an onion, the chopped pepper top pieces, saute. Add ground beef, brown for a while. Salt, pepper, etc.. Add a can Ralph's of diced tomatos -- no salt added. Add the rice. Drain the peppers, stuff, put into the oven for a while. Shred cheddar cheese, open the oven, top the peppers, let it melt on the peppers. Serve:
